Dear Deans, Professors, and Administrators,
We hope this message finds you well, and enjoying the Spring. As
you may know, for the last three years, a group of graduate
students and administrators have run CONVERGE, a graduate preview
weekend on the MIT campus. We seek to increase the numbers of
under-represented minority students applying and being admitted to
graduate school-at MIT and beyond!
Administered now by the MIT Graduate Students Office, we plan to
offer CONVERGE again this Fall, from October 25th-28th. The
application form and a pamphlet can be downloaded from the website
below. We would appreciate your assistance in getting the word out
to outstanding students in your departments, who might benefit from
attending this program. Please note that we have stated an
application deadline of June 15, 2007. Thank you very much!
